Daily Reflection: Today I did not lift or run because I have an exam that I needed to study for. I wish I went to lift but I needed to prepare for the exam. In the future I need to prioritize time for movement and exercise.

Daily Reflection: Today was a good day. I had a good leg day and went on the stairmaster. Tried chickpea pasta for the macros but didn’t enjoy that much. Need to find more ways to incorporate protein.

Daily Reflection: Even though I did not have a shake I still had a good amount of protein and low amount of carbs. My day was busy - I was on the go from 7:45am till 8:30pm. I worked, got assignments done, went to class, had a meeting and still made time to lift. Hoping I don't lose momentum.

Daily Reflection: Today I was very active. I walked 3 miles in between classes today and I also lifted. I did not drink enough water but I made sure I had sufficient protein in my meals. Might need a rest or just walking tomorrow.
